Competitors that finish in first, second, or third place in the Juveniles, Juniors Team and Team Divisions at World of Dance Georgia are qualified to participate as finalists in the World Finals Competition event.
If first, second, or third-place teams cannot attend, the runner-up teams will be invited as Winners in their place. The World Finals Competition takes place during the summer months of July and/or August in California, USA. If you are unable to participate in the World Finals this year, you can take advantage of this opportunity next year.
Teams compete in the category in which they qualified, regardless of age changes after qualification.
World of Dance reserves the right to invite any team to the WOD Finals. Videos of all routines will be published on official WOD YouTube channels.

All participants may attend the World of Dance Summit 2027, a 5-day event including showcases, games, masterclasses and the World of Dance Finals.

Before registration begins
Required registration information
During the registration process, participants must provide the following details:
- Study the rules and decide on the category in which you plan to participate. If you selected the wrong category during registration, do not worry. You can later move to a different category or create a new application.
- Prepare a list of all participants (first name, last name, date of birth). Please note that registration must be completed by one authorized representative who is responsible for submitting personal data on the registration platform.
- Audio files. If you do not have the audio recording at the time of registration, you may upload it later. Files should to be mp3 or wav format and you need send your music by mail no later than 1 week before event (the exact information will be in the confirmation email).

- Waiting for the registration confirmation (few days)
- The confirmation will contain information about next steps
- Participation and spectator fees must be paid 2 weeks before the event (Participation is confirmed only after payment). Payments must be made online by card via the link on your email. Cash payments are not accepted.
Required registration information
During the registration process, participants must provide the following details:
- Name of your crew and link to their Instagram account (if available)
- Choreographer’s (owner) full name and Instagram link
- Full name and date of birth for each dancer
- Duration of the performance
- Description of any props to be used during the performance, including a brief description and approximate size
- in registration form you need to write all of your props (if available)
- During the event, any movement of oversized or heavy props is strictly prohibited.
FOR TEAMS (per 1 dancer)
/ Tickets will not be available for purchase at the venue on the day of the event
/ For example you dance in Juniors Team Division and Team Division (2 dances) = 150 GEL
/ Another one example. You dance 1 time in Juveniles Team Division (90 GEL) and 1 time in Solo Juveniles (110 GEL) = 200 GEL
/ If you dance only one time like member of your group = 90 GEL.
/ If the choreographer of a dance team performs together with the team, no registration fee will be charged for that choreographer. This exemption applies to one (1) choreographer only.
If the choreographer does not perform with the team, he or she will be granted free access to the event.
Importantly, as you can see, all prices are below standard European prices
- 1 Dance = 90 GEL
- 2 Dance = 150 GEL
- 3 Dance = 210 GEL
- 1 Dance = 110 GEL
- 2 Dance = 160 GEL
- 3 Dance = 195 GEL
- 1 Member = 50 GEL

- The winners' videos will be posted on the main World of Dance YouTube channel.
- Videos of the remaining participants will be posted on the World of Dance Championship YouTube channel.
- If you attend the event, you automatically agree to all health-safety, security, and fire safety rules of the Venue.
- The organizers strongly recommend that all participants have health insurance valid on the date of the event. In any case, the organizers are not responsible for your health.
- The organizers are not responsible for accidents of participants or other persons during the event.
- The team leader registers his/her team and is solely responsible for obtaining permission from the persons or official representatives of the persons he/she registers to post personal data in the registration system. A person who registers one or more participants, has no right to place personal data of other persons without obtaining official permission from these persons or their official representatives
- A person who registers one or more participants is considered the official representative of the participants registered by him/her.
- This public agreement applies to any participant registered for the event, any visitor to the event
- By registering yourself or persons from your dance team, you and the team members automatically consent to the processing of personal data.
- Any personal data received during the registration of a participant, spectator, coach or accompanying person will not be transferred to third parties, and will be allocated upon request to the official mail of the event.
- By completing the registration procedure, you automatically agree that you assume all responsibility for the use of copyright and / or related rights (fragments of musical works and / or musical works in their entirety) and all possible appeals and / or claims of copyright holders will be resolved by you independently (without involving the Organizer) in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Georgia. The organizers and partners of the talent project are not responsible for your use of copyright and / or related rights during the performances and the display of such performances in real time and / or in recording via the Internet.
- By completing the registration procedure, you fully waive any rights to photo and video materials made within the project, which depict you (your performance) and / or your property, and acknowledge the full right of the Organizers to use the above materials at their discretion, including for editorial, commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, by displaying such materials in real time and / or recording via the Internet, as well as for any other purposes.
- Refunds in case of refusal to participate are considered individually after the event in each case. Refunds may not be made or not in full depending on the decision of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right not to make refunds. The organizer does not compensate for any financial and moral losses of participants and spectators. At the time of registration for the event, participants and spectators automatically waive any claims against the Organizer.
- Refunds for participation, spectator tickets and master classes in case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure or force majeure (military actions, restrictions on holding mass events, quarantine, etc.) are considered individually. The new date and venue will be announced separately. * Refunds for participation, spectator tickets and master classes in case of postponement of the event due to force majeure (military actions, restrictions on holding mass events, quarantine, etc. The funds are deposited by the Organizer for participation in the postponed event. The date and venue of the postponed event will be announced additionally. The Organizer does not compensate for any financial and moral losses of participants and spectators. At the time of registration for the event, participants and spectators automatically waive any claims against the Organizer.
- By registering for the event, participants and spectators automatically waive all claims against the Organizer.
- Qualification to the World of Dance Finals does not guarantee entry into the United States. Participants are solely responsible for meeting all visa, travel, and entry requirements. World of Dance Georgia and its organizers are not responsible for, or obligated to assist with, visa applications, travel arrangements, or entry permissions to USA. The USA will send you invitations and documents to apply for a visa, but the rest of the steps are up to you.
All participants and spectators receive a €5 discount on the WOD Cyprus on May 30th.
